After a specialization in service management and in research during my master classes, I developed my thesis project around the topic of healthcare management. I am looking at how to help the patient with chronic disease(s) (as the main determinor of his/her own experience) to integrate all the resouces (information, recommandations etc.) received from multiple mutiple actors (profesionnals, public and social) in the service system.

To reach this objective, collaborations with hospital, health insurance agency and patient's organization (offline and online) have been developed. Contacts with all types of actors in the service system helped me to develop recommandations to these actors with, as main objective, the improvement of the patient experience and well-being.
